Design thinking: solving problems creatively

We help organisations embrace leaning-edge design thinking to nudge human behaviour, build resilient communities and consider the wider economic, social and environmental context. Creating shared value, for people and planet. Talk to us

User experience design

Our approach to user experience design (UX) considers the influences on user decisions and behaviour within a digital ecosystem, as well as behaviour on web and mobile apps. We consider the social and health impacts of users beyond transactions and other site-based conversions. And, we link UX outcomes to the award-winning user interface (UI) design of our design studio.

Service design

In complex settings such as health, disability and energy, we use collaborative processes to guide stakeholders and end users, modelling, testing and supporting the launch of new services. Our service design work comprises market research, value proposition (voice of customer), journey mapping and business model design.

Co-design

With decision makers and people with lived experience, we design innovative policy, strategy, communication and education that benefits society and the natural world. Often working with vulnerable and ‘hard to reach’ community cohorts, we create safe, accessible and supportive environments, and apply ethical approaches.

Initiative design

Experts in strategy activation to drive behaviour change in organisations and communities, we design structural, learning (education), communication and experiential interventions.

Edge-leaning practices

We are actively participating in the design community to strengthen and adapt edge-leaning practices relevant to the settings and the people we design in, with and for. These include: planet-centric design, sustainable transition design, systems-led design, futures and speculative design, and decolonisation in design leadership, research, strategy and process.
